1. Introduction
a. GABA ("Organization") is a community committed to helping individuals achieve
greatness through mental well-being and physical fitness. Our mission is to empower the public
to lead active, healthy lifestyles by promoting camaraderie, growth, and wellness through sports,
workshops, coaching sessions, and interactive activities.
2. Events
a. Event Participation:
Participants attending events organized by GABA must adhere to all event rules and
guidelines.
The Organization reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant from an event for
disruptive behavior or failure to comply with event regulations.
b. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
In case of unforeseen circumstances, GABA may cancel or reschedule an event.
Registered participants will be notified through the contact details provided during registration. If
an event is canceled, GABA will endeavor to refund the ticket price or offer the option
to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date.
3. Purchases
If you purchase any product or service through gaba.rw, you may be required to provide
information, including but not limited to your credit or debit card details, the card's expiration
date, and your shipping address.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that:
i. You have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided.
ii. The information supplied is true, accurate, and complete.
The Organization may employ third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of
purchases. By submitting your information, you authorize GABA to share this
information with third parties as governed by our Privacy Policy.
GABA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including
but not limited to issues related to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or
unauthorized transactions.
4. Workshops and Coaching Sessions
a. Enrollment:
Participants enrolling in GABA workshops or coaching sessions acknowledge that any
applicable fees are non-refundable once the enrollment process is completed. Exceptions may
be considered under extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of GABA .
5. Intellectual Property
a. All content, materials, and intellectual property used by GABA—including logos,
text, graphics, and multimedia—are the exclusive property of the Organization. Unauthorized
use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
6. Content
Our services may allow users to post, share, or make available certain content, including text,
images, and videos (“Content”). Users are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of
any Content they provide.
By posting Content, you represent and warrant that:
i. You own the Content or have the necessary rights to use and share it.
ii. Your Content does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.
By sharing Content through our services, you grant GABA the right to use, modify,
publicly display, and distribute the Content for organizational purposes. GABA retains
the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit user-generated Content.
Additionally, all Content on GABA platforms is the property of the Organization or used
with permission. You may not modify, reuse, or distribute such Content without prior written
consent.
7. Modifications and Updates
a. GABA reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the official website and apply to all future interactions and
transactions.
8. Copyright Policy
GABA respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any Content on
our platforms infringes on your copyright, please report it via email to copyright@gaba.rw, with
the subject line: “Copyright Infringement.” Provide a detailed description of the alleged
infringement, including relevant evidence. Misrepresentation of infringement claims may result
in liability for damages, including legal fees.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from
these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Rwandan courts.
